Will One Heart, Inc. advertise my services and programs?
One Heart, Inc. will advertise your services and programs via an e-mail marketing campaign and posting on our website free to facilitators using our facilities. Advertising for local events, services and programs is available for a small donation. On-line registration is available. Contact One Heart, Inc. for more information.
What are the rental fees for Yum Yum Hill farm?
One Heart charges the following fees for rental of Yum Yum Hill farm:
Evening
Half Day (4 - 6 hrs)
Full Day
Weekend Rate (Sat & Sun, both days)
Non-refundable deposit of 1/2 base fee is due at time of reservation. Full payment via cash or check will be due on the date of the class, workshop or retreat. Rental agreement applies.
How will participant fees be collected?
One Heart will offer on-line registration for your class, workshop or retreat. It is your responsibility as facilitator to determine and collect fees.
What are my responsibilities as a facilitator using Yum Yum Hill farm?
As a facilitator you will be responsible for:
- room set up and take down.
- refreshments (tea provided courtesy of One Heart, Inc.).
- clean up of kitchen (to include dishes) and gathering areas.
- prompt payment of fees per agreement.
- turning off all lights and locking up.
